At Jolie Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened beauty products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
